Salclear TT-X rain repellent has been selected by the engineering team of the University of Minnesota Engineering Solar Vehicle project, as the water and dirt repellent of choice for application on the car's polycarbonate windshield.

The team chose Salclear TT-X because of its capacity to be able to shed water, rain droplets and dirt with ease, even at low speeds, whilst retaining super compatibility with engineering thermoplastics such as polycarbonate.
